1. Overview

Master Testing Agency ("we", "us", "our") sells digital PDF test papers and online mock tests ("Tests") for Class 10 CBSE, Class 12 CBSE, NEET (UG), JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Because Tests are digital products delivered instantly on successful payment, this policy explains when a purchase is, and is not, eligible for a refund.

2. General Rule for Digital Goods

Once a Test has been accessed — meaning a PDF has been downloaded, or an online test has been started — the purchase is treated as delivered and used, and is not eligible for a refund except as set out in Section 3.

3. When a Refund Is Available

• Failed or duplicate payment. If an amount is debited from your card, UPI, or bank account but the Test is not unlocked in your library due to a payment or technical failure, you are entitled to a refund. Under RBI's Turn Around Time framework for failed transactions, such amounts are auto-reversed to your original payment method within 5 working days (T+5); if this does not happen, contact us immediately.
• Wrong or duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the same Test twice, or purchased the wrong Test, and have not downloaded the PDF or started the online test, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
• Technical defect. If a purchased Test is genuinely inaccessible, corrupted, or defective due to an error on our end, and our support team cannot resolve it within 3 business days of you reporting it, you are entitled to a full refund for that Test.

4. When a Refund Is Not Available

• Once a PDF Test has been downloaded.
• Once an online Test has been started — even if not completed or submitted.
• Change of mind, or dissatisfaction with question difficulty, after access has been granted. Sample questions on the site let you check the format and difficulty before you buy.
• Where the correct exam, subject, and set were clearly stated on the listing at the time of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@mastertestingagency.com from the address used at checkout, with your order or payment reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every request within 48 hours.

6. Refund Timeline & Mode

Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, card, or netbanking) within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing times. We do not issue refunds to a different account, or as cash.

7. No Subscriptions

Master Testing Agency does not operate subscriptions — every purchase is a one-time payment for a specific Test. There is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis; Sections 3 and 4 above govern what is refundable.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website (the "Platform") or purchasing any Test through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who We Are

Master Testing Agency is a sole proprietorship of Suresh Kumar Shukla, 401, Saket, Roorkee – 247667, Uttarakhand, India. It provides PDF and online practice tests for Class 10 CBSE, Class 12 CBSE, NEET (UG), JEE Main and JEE Advanced. These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and do not require any physical or digital signature.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for students and their parents or guardians. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf for account registration and payment.

4. Your Details and Access

You provide your name, email address and mobile number at checkout so that we can deliver your Tests. Access to a purchased Test — your library, the emailed link, or your payment ID — is personal to you; do not share it. Tell us immediately at support@mastertestingagency.com if you think someone else is using your purchase. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how Tests are delivered in our Delivery Policy.

5. Nature of Services

We sell two kinds of digital products: PDF Tests — downloadable question papers with an answer key, added to your account library on successful payment — and Online Tests — timed, browser-based tests, scored automatically on submission with an answer key shown afterward.

Test content is prepared to reflect the syllabus and pattern of the relevant exam, but is independent, unofficial practice material. Master Testing Agency is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBSE, NTA, or any examination authority.

6. Fees and Payment

• Prices for each Test are shown on the Platform and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateways. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers.
• All purchases are one-time payments; the Platform does not currently offer recurring subscriptions.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All Test content, questions, answer keys, and related material are the intellectual property of Master Testing Agency, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
• PDF Tests are licensed to the purchaser only. You may download and print a Test for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload to any third-party platform, or share your account or purchased content with anyone else. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without a refund.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to: use bots or scrapers to access or download content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; misuse the online test timer or scoring system to misrepresent your performance to a third party; or upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tests are practice material intended to aid exam preparation. We do not guarantee any specific score, rank, or outcome in the actual board exam, NEET (UG), JEE Main, or JEE Advanced. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"; while we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and the Platform running, we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Test giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of exam performance or opportunity.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including approaching the National Consumer Helpline or the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission), any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Who We Are

This website is run by Master Testing Agency, a sole proprietorship of Suresh Kumar Shukla, 401, Saket, Roorkee – 247667, Uttarakhand, India ("we", "us"). We decide how your personal data is used, and are responsible for it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. What We Collect

• At checkout: your name, email address and mobile number, and the payment reference (payment ID, order ID and amount). Payments are handled by Razorpay: your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and never reach us.
• Purchase and delivery records: which Test you bought, the payment ID, the email address it was sent to, and when.
• My library: your purchases, scores, and anything you enter under Account settings are stored in your own browser on your device, not on our servers.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records technical details of requests to the site — such as IP address, browser type and the page or file requested — to keep the site secure and fix problems.
• Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used and how fast they load. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use It

• To deliver your Tests on screen and by email, and to restore a purchase when you ask.
• To answer support questions and handle refunds and complaints.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

4. Who We Share It With

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website, stores the Test files, sends our delivery emails and provides our cookie-free visit statistics.
• Government or law-enforcement authorities, where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and Browser Storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) work without cookies. Your library is kept in your browser's local storage so it works without an account. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies needed to process your payment.

6. How Long We Keep It

Purchase and payment records are kept for as long as needed to provide your Tests, handle refunds and complaints, and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Technical logs are kept only for a short period. Data in your browser stays until you clear it — for example under My library → Account settings → Clear my library on this device.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to support@mastertestingagency.com. If we do not resolve your complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Children

Many of our users are students under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase or agree to it on your behalf.

9. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. Paid Tests can be opened only with the access pass issued for that purchase, and we never receive your card or UPI details.

1. Digital Products Only

All our Tests are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no delivery charges.

2. When You Receive Your Test

• Instantly on screen: as soon as your payment is confirmed, the Test is unlocked in My library. PDF Tests have a Download button; online Tests have a Start test button and open in your browser.
• By email: a copy is sent to the email address you entered at checkout — the PDF as an attachment, or the link to your online Test — usually within a few minutes.

3. Access

A PDF Test is yours to keep and print for your own use. An online Test stays available from My library and from the link in your email, and can be retaken. Access is for the purchaser only; see our Terms of Service.

4. If You Have Not Received Your Test

• Check your spam or promotions folder for the email.
• Go to My library and use Restore a purchase with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt (it starts with "pay_").
• Still missing? Email support@mastertestingagency.com with your payment ID. We reply within 48 hours.

If money was debited but your Test was not delivered, you are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
