How refunds work for PDF and online tests purchased on Master Testing Agency.

1. Overview
Master Testing Agency ("we", "us", "our") sells digital PDF test papers and online mock tests ("Tests") for Class 10 CBSE, Class 12 CBSE, NEET (UG), JEE Main and JEE Advanced. Because Tests are digital products delivered instantly on successful payment, this policy explains when a purchase is, and is not, eligible for a refund.
2. General Rule for Digital Goods
Once a Test has been accessed — meaning a PDF has been downloaded, or an online test has been started — the purchase is treated as delivered and used, and is not eligible for a refund except as set out in Section 3.
3. When a Refund Is Available
- Failed or duplicate payment. If an amount is debited from your card, UPI, or bank account but the Test is not unlocked in your library due to a payment or technical failure, you are entitled to a refund. Under RBI's Turn Around Time framework for failed transactions, such amounts are auto-reversed to your original payment method within 5 working days (T+5); if this does not happen, contact us immediately.
- Wrong or duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the same Test twice, or purchased the wrong Test, and have not downloaded the PDF or started the online test, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.
- Technical defect. If a purchased Test is genuinely inaccessible, corrupted, or defective due to an error on our end, and our support team cannot resolve it within 3 business days of you reporting it, you are entitled to a full refund for that Test.
4. When a Refund Is Not Available
- Once a PDF Test has been downloaded.
- Once an online Test has been started — even if not completed or submitted.
- Change of mind, or dissatisfaction with question difficulty, after access has been granted. Sample questions on the site let you check the format and difficulty before you buy.
- Where the correct exam, subject, and set were clearly stated on the listing at the time of purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@mastertestingagency.com from the address used at checkout, with your order or payment reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every request within 48 hours.
6. Refund Timeline & Mode
Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment (UPI, card, or netbanking) within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank's or payment provider's own processing times. We do not issue refunds to a different account, or as cash.
7. No Subscriptions
Master Testing Agency does not operate subscriptions — every purchase is a one-time payment for a specific Test. There is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis; Sections 3 and 4 above govern what is refundable.

Not affiliated with any exam body. Master Testing Agency is an independent test-prep publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), CBSE or any other exam-conducting body. NEET, JEE Main, JEE Advanced and CBSE are names of exams conducted by those bodies, used here only to describe what our practice tests are for.

2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for students and their parents or guardians. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf for account registration and payment.
4. Your Details and Access
You provide your name, email address and mobile number at checkout so that we can deliver your Tests. Access to a purchased Test — your library, the emailed link, or your payment ID — is personal to you; do not share it. Tell us immediately at support@mastertestingagency.com if you think someone else is using your purchase. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy, and how Tests are delivered in our Delivery Policy.
5. Nature of Services
We sell two kinds of digital products: PDF Tests — downloadable question papers with an answer key, added to your account library on successful payment — and Online Tests — timed, browser-based tests, scored automatically on submission with an answer key shown afterward.
Test content is prepared to reflect the syllabus and pattern of the relevant exam, but is independent, unofficial practice material. Master Testing Agency is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CBSE, NTA, or any examination authority.
6. Fees and Payment
- Prices for each Test are shown on the Platform and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed through third-party, RBI-authorised payment gateways. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers.
- All purchases are one-time payments; the Platform does not currently offer recurring subscriptions.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
- All Test content, questions, answer keys, and related material are the intellectual property of Master Testing Agency, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
- PDF Tests are licensed to the purchaser only. You may download and print a Test for your own personal, non-commercial exam preparation only.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, upload to any third-party platform, or share your account or purchased content with anyone else. Accounts found doing so may be suspended without a refund.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to: use bots or scrapers to access or download content; attempt to bypass payment or access controls; misuse the online test timer or scoring system to misrepresent your performance to a third party; or upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through the Platform.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tests are practice material intended to aid exam preparation. We do not guarantee any specific score, rank, or outcome in the actual board exam, NEET (UG), JEE Main, or JEE Advanced. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available"; while we make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and the Platform running, we do not warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Test giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of exam performance or opportunity.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (including approaching the National Consumer Helpline or the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission), any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.

What personal data we collect when you buy a Test, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are
This website is run by Master Testing Agency, a sole proprietorship of Suresh Kumar Shukla, 401, Saket, Roorkee – 247667, Uttarakhand, India ("we", "us"). We decide how your personal data is used, and are responsible for it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. What We Collect
- At checkout: your name, email address and mobile number, and the payment reference (payment ID, order ID and amount). Payments are handled by Razorpay: your card, UPI or bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and never reach us.
- Purchase and delivery records: which Test you bought, the payment ID, the email address it was sent to, and when.
- My library: your purchases, scores, and anything you enter under Account settings are stored in your own browser on your device, not on our servers. Your roll number is worked out from the email you pay with each time it is needed; we do not keep a list of roll numbers.
- Online tests: while you take a test, the page counts how often you leave it (switch tab or app) and shows this to you and on your result. The count is saved only with your score in your own browser; we do not receive it. We do not use your camera, microphone or screen.
- Technical data: our hosting provider records technical details of requests to the site — such as IP address, browser type and the page or file requested — to keep the site secure and fix problems.
- Reviews: if you rate a Test, we store your star rating, the first name you enter, your comment and the payment ID it belongs to. We check each review before publishing it; only your first name, rating, comment, the Test and the date are shown on the site. Email support to have your review removed at any time.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used and how fast they load. It sets no cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not identify you personally.
3. How We Use It
- To deliver your Tests on screen and by email, and to restore a purchase when you ask.
- To answer support questions and handle refunds and complaints.
- To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
4. Who We Share It With
- Razorpay, to process your payment.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, stores the Test files, sends our delivery emails and provides our cookie-free visit statistics.
- Government or law-enforcement authorities, where the law requires it.
5. Cookies and Browser Storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) work without cookies. Your library is kept in your browser's local storage so it works without an account. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies needed to process your payment.
6. How Long We Keep It
Purchase and payment records are kept for as long as needed to provide your Tests, handle refunds and complaints, and for the period required by tax and accounting law. Technical logs are kept only for a short period. Data in your browser stays until you clear it — for example under My library → Account settings → Clear my library on this device.
7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to support@mastertestingagency.com. If we do not resolve your complaint, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Children
Many of our users are students under 18. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase or agree to it on your behalf.
9. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Paid Tests can be opened only with the access pass issued for that purchase, and we never receive your card or UPI details.

Delivery Policy
How and when you receive the Tests you buy.

1. Digital Products Only
All our Tests are digital. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no delivery charges.
2. When You Receive Your Test
- Instantly on screen: as soon as your payment is confirmed, the Test is unlocked in My library. PDF Tests have a Download button; online Tests have a Start test button and open in your browser.
- By email: a copy is sent to the email address you entered at checkout — the PDF as an attachment, or the link to your online Test — usually within a few minutes.
3. Access
A PDF Test is yours to keep and print for your own use. An online Test stays available from My library and from the link in your email, and can be retaken. Access is for the purchaser only; see our Terms of Service.
4. If You Have Not Received Your Test
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the email.
- Go to My library and use Restore a purchase with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt (it starts with "pay_").
- Still missing? Email support@mastertestingagency.com with your payment ID. We reply within 48 hours.
If money was debited but your Test was not delivered, you are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Buying a test
How do I buy a test?
Choose your exam from the Test catalog, pick a subject paper or a full mock, and click Buy PDF or Buy & start (online test). Payment is taken securely by Razorpay on our site. There's no account to create — you only enter your name, email and mobile number at checkout.
How can I pay?
Through Razorpay: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and any other options Razorpay shows at checkout. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every purchase is a one-time payment, for one test or one bundle. There is nothing to cancel and no automatic renewal.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every exam page has a free sample paper — a complete PDF test with its answer key, no payment needed. You can also try the free sample test — six timed questions from your exam, scored instantly — or the sample questions on the home page.
Can I buy all the sets of a subject together?
Yes. At the top of every subject (and of the full mocks) there is a bundle of all its sets, as PDFs or as online tests, for 20% less than buying them one by one. One payment unlocks every set at once: they all appear in My library, and we email you the PDFs or the test links.
Getting your test
How and when do I receive my test?
Instantly. As soon as the payment is confirmed, the test appears in My library on screen — a Download button for a PDF, or Start test for an online test. We also email it to the address you gave at checkout: the PDF as an attachment, or the link to your online test. See our Delivery Policy.
I paid but didn't get the email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Your test is also in My library on the device you bought it on. If neither works, email support@mastertestingagency.com with your payment ID (it starts with pay_ and is in your Razorpay receipt) and we'll sort it out within 48 hours.
I changed my phone or cleared my browser. Is my purchase lost?
No. Open My library, go to Restore a purchase, and enter the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. You can also open an online test from the link in your email on any device.
What is my roll number, and how do I find it if I forget it?
Your roll number is given with your first purchase and is linked to the email you pay with, so it stays the same on every test you buy and on every device. It is shown at the top of My library and printed in every email we send with your tests. On a new phone or browser, restore a purchase with its payment ID and your roll number comes back with it. Paying with a different email gives a different roll number.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Your library is saved in the browser you bought on, and your email and payment ID let you get your purchase back anywhere.
Online tests
How do online tests work?
An online test opens in your browser with a real exam timer. The timer starts only when you open the test. When you submit — or time runs out — it is scored at once and you can review every answer with the solution. To keep it fair, the answer key is sent to your browser only when you submit, questions can't be copied, and if you leave the test (switch tab or app) the page tells you and shows it on your result. Nothing about this is sent to us: it stays on your device.
Can I take an online test on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. A laptop or tablet is more comfortable for full-length mocks.
Can I retake an online test?
Yes. You can retake it as many times as you like, and your scores are saved in Score history on that device. Your first attempt is your real score; retakes are marked as retakes and are left out of your best and average, since you have already seen the answers.
Is there negative marking?
Tests follow each exam's own scheme: NEET is +4 / −1; JEE Main is +4 / −1 for every question, numerical-value questions included; JEE Advanced uses its mixed marking by question type (single correct +3 / −1, multiple correct up to +4 with partial marks and −2 for a wrong option, numerical +4 / 0). CBSE board papers have no negative marking — objective questions are scored automatically, and written-answer questions are self-assessed against the model answer.

What do I get with a PDF test?
The full question paper and the answer key, as a PDF you download from My library and also receive by email. You can keep it and print it for your own practice.
Can I share the PDF with friends?
No. Each test is licensed to the person who bought it, for personal use only. See our Terms of Service.
About the papers
Are these official CBSE or NTA papers?
No. They are independent practice papers written to the current syllabus and exam pattern. Master Testing Agency is not affiliated with CBSE, NTA or any examination authority.
What is a “set”, and how is a full mock different from a subject paper?
Each subject has ten different sets, A to J, each with its own questions. A subject paper covers one subject's full syllabus; a full mock (NEET, JEE Main, JEE Advanced) covers all subjects in one paper at the real exam length.
Refunds and support
Can I get a refund?
If money was debited but the test wasn't delivered, yes. You can also get a refund for an accidental or duplicate purchase within 24 hours, as long as you haven't downloaded the PDF or started the online test. Once a test has been accessed it can't be refunded. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
My payment failed but money was debited. What now?
Failed payments are reversed automatically to your account, usually within 5 working days. If that doesn't happen, write to us with the payment details and we'll help.
